These notes describe the website, application and related contact with Noblesse Studios LLC. Data used for an ongoing management relationship may also be covered by the individual service and data-processing arrangements.
Application information
The form asks for platforms, current stage and available time, followed by optional choices about goals, support needs and content style, plus an optional note. First name, email, Instagram username or profile link, phone or WhatsApp number, and confirmation of age and contact permission are required. A separate creator profile is requested for review. You can indicate that you do not yet have a creator profile; for active OnlyFans accounts with first earnings, the creator profile is required. Please do not include identity documents, financial credentials or sensitive personal details in free-text fields. Moving between steps keeps entries in the open page; it does not submit them.
What happens when you send the form
Submitting sends the application to Formspree for processing and delivery. It also includes the address of the page on this website from which you reached the form or, if you came to the form directly from another website, only that website’s domain, for example google.com. This origin information comes from the referrer your browser transmits; nothing is stored in your browser for this purpose. After a successful submission, a Netlify function can send the application details, this origin information and URL campaign parameters to a configured Telegram team notification. We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to a newsletter. We use the origin information only to understand which pages lead to enquiries. These providers can receive the technical connection data required to deliver their services.
Hosting, fonts and videos
The website is prepared for Netlify hosting. Requests transmit technical data such as IP address and browser information. Fonts and the React library are served locally with this website. Loading the page does not request those files from Google Fonts or unpkg.
Vimeo is loaded only when you start a creator video. Vimeo then receives connection data and may use its own storage technologies. Social icons are links; they do not embed a social feed. Opening a link takes you to the respective provider.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to take requested steps before a possible contract and to deliver agreed services. Website operation and security can rely on legitimate interests; required records can rely on legal obligations. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future. For EEA users, the relevant bases are Article 6(1)(b), (f), (c) and, where applicable, (a) GDPR.
Storage technologies and international processing
This website does not include an analytics or advertising tracking script or a cookie-preference manager. The providers described above may process connection information under their own arrangements. We do not sell personal data. Necessary disclosure to service providers differs from public use of your identity; use in our marketing requires your approval.
Noblesse Studios LLC is based in the United States. Providers may process data in the US or other countries. Contact us for information about the transfer arrangements and safeguards applicable to your enquiry or service relationship.
Retention
Our stated retention periods are up to twelve months for declined applications and the engagement period plus three years for active-client data. Financial records follow applicable statutory requirements. Marketing data, where separately collected with consent, is retained until withdrawal subject to applicable obligations. You can request information about the data held and its deletion through the contact above.
Your rights and security
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and withdraw consent. EEA users may complain to a competent supervisory authority; California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We handle requests within the applicable legal period. Access controls and encryption in transit support data protection, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Do not send passwords or identity documents through the application form.
Free leak-check requests
The leak-check form asks for your public creator handle, platform, email and optional additional public names. You confirm that you are 18+, request the check for your own profile and consent to the manual review and an emailed result. The request is sent through Formspree to our existing enquiry inbox. This form does not trigger our Telegram notification or collect campaign parameters.
Our team uses the supplied names to review publicly accessible potential leaks and prepares the result for you. This can involve material connected with your creator identity. Do not submit passwords, identification documents or explicit files; the form has no upload field. We do not store the form entries in browser storage or add you to a marketing list. You can withdraw consent for future processing or ask about retention and deletion at hello@noblessestudios.com.
Career applications
Applications for team roles are sent by email to career@noblessestudios.com. They include the contact details, CV, experience, language skills, availability and optional work samples that you provide. We use this information to review your application and communicate with you about the recruitment process. Applications are received through our Microsoft 365 email service managed via GoDaddy.
Please provide only information relevant to the role. Do not include identification documents, passwords, private fan data or confidential material from previous clients or employers. The career pages open your email application; they do not upload your CV through a website form.
