Check rules before testing
Review each platform’s current content, promotion and link rules, plus community-specific rules where relevant. On Instagram, being allowed to remain on the platform and being eligible for recommendations are different thresholds. A link aggregator does not remove restrictions on the content or destination.

Keep the first test small
Choose one primary channel and one supporting channel for four weeks. Keep the offer and landing page stable while testing formats. Record production time as well as results: a channel that generates more visits may also require much more work. Missing attribution should be marked unknown rather than credited to your favourite channel.
Decide from the bottleneck
Reach without profile visits suggests a different question from profile visits without clicks. Look at each step before increasing posting volume. If a format attracts the wrong audience or creates moderation problems, revise it. More platforms are not automatically a better strategy.
