You support the day-to-day conversation flow on creator accounts. You understand what has already been discussed, respond with context and keep requests organised so the next shift can continue smoothly.
What you’ll do
Handle fan conversations in the agreed language and tone.
Present approved content and offers accurately, without promises outside the agreed scope.
Record requests, follow-ups and relevant context for the next shift.
Escalate questions, complaints and requests that need creator or manager approval.
Use feedback and reporting to improve the quality of your work.
What you bring
Native-level written German for German-language chatting, or very good written English for English-language chatting.
Clear writing, attention to detail and a reliable approach to agreed shifts.
Sound judgement about boundaries, confidentiality and when to ask for help.
Confidence using digital tools and handling several conversations with care.
Relevant experience in chatting, customer support or sales is welcome; explain what you have worked on.
Our working environment
Noblesse Studios manages adult creators, primarily on OnlyFans and Fansly. Depending on your role, you will work with adult content and related messages. Discretion, clear boundaries and responsible handling of data are part of the work. You must be at least 18 to take on these roles.
Roles are remote, with full-time and part-time options. Working hours and shifts are agreed according to the role. German-language chatting requires native-level German; English-language chatting requires very good English.
