What this role is about.

This role focuses on creator operations and team coordination. You connect daily execution with reporting, make responsibilities clear and keep open tasks moving across shifts.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate shift plans, task ownership and operational handovers.
  • Review conversation quality and adherence to creator-approved boundaries.
  • Prepare clear reports and identify issues that need action.
  • Track open requests, approvals and deadlines with the responsible people.
  • Support the team with structured feedback and communicate priorities to creators and marketing.

What you bring

  • Experience coordinating people, accounts or operational processes.
  • A structured approach to schedules, documentation and follow-through.
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and interpreting performance reports.
  • Very good English for written coordination; tell us your German level as well.
  • Discretion, constructive feedback and a calm approach to competing priorities.

Our working environment

Noblesse Studios manages adult creators, primarily on OnlyFans and Fansly. Depending on your role, you will work with adult content and related messages. Discretion, clear boundaries and responsible handling of data are part of the work. You must be at least 18 to take on these roles.

Roles are remote, with full-time and part-time options. Working hours and shifts are agreed according to the role. German-language chatting requires native-level German; English-language chatting requires very good English.
