You plan and coordinate the marketing work around creator accounts. The focus is on relevant audiences, an organised content workflow and a clear understanding of which activity contributes to the agreed goals.
What you’ll do
Develop channel and content plans that fit the creator and audience.
Coordinate briefs, approvals and publishing schedules.
Review traffic sources, engagement and conversions in context.
Document tests and recommend the next action based on the results.
Work with creators and operations while respecting platform rules and agreed budgets.
What you bring
Practical experience in social media, content marketing or audience development.
The ability to explain a campaign’s objective, your contribution and its results.
A structured approach to planning, testing and reporting.
Very good English for briefs and coordination; tell us your German level as well.
Good judgement about brand fit, creator boundaries and platform requirements.
Our working environment
Noblesse Studios manages adult creators, primarily on OnlyFans and Fansly. Depending on your role, you will work with adult content and related messages. Discretion, clear boundaries and responsible handling of data are part of the work. You must be at least 18 to take on these roles.
Roles are remote, with full-time and part-time options. Working hours and shifts are agreed according to the role. German-language chatting requires native-level German; English-language chatting requires very good English.
