How to choose an OnlyFans agency
Turn a sales conversation into a structured comparison. Ask each agency the same questions and record what you can actually verify.
Define the job first
Write down the three tasks you most want to delegate and the decisions you want to keep. As a reference, our OnlyFans management services list which tasks we take on and which stay with you. An agency that suits a daily live creator may not suit someone producing a small monthly catalogue. Share your available production time and public-facing boundaries before comparing prices.
Six questions with evidence

Score the answers, not the pitch
Give each area 0 for unanswered, 1 for an explanation and 2 for a specific written answer or relevant example: a maximum of 12. This is a comparison aid, not a validated quality score. An unresolved ownership issue or unclear fee is a reason to pause even if other scores are high.
For example, candidate A may score 10 but leave access rights unclear; candidate B may score 9 with a clear access plan but less relevant experience. The next action is to resolve those gaps, not automatically pick the larger total.
Check whether the evidence fits
A result needs a starting point, period and definition of revenue. Ask whether the example resembles your situation and what work the creator still did. Large and small agencies can both organise this well. Choose the process you can understand and work with, then compare the written agreement with what was discussed.
