Choosing an agency

OnlyFans agency warning signs: what to verify

Not every unsuitable offer is dishonest. Separate missing safeguards, difficult contract terms and personal preferences so your next question is useful.

A risk needs a specific response

Verification checklist
ConcernQuestionEvidence
Unclear fee basisCan you calculate my full monthly statement?Written example including deductions
Unrestricted account accessWhy is each permission necessary?Access list and revocation procedure
Guaranteed earningsWhat assumptions and exclusions support this?Written scope; distinguish projection from obligation
Unverifiable resultsWhat period and revenue basis does this cover?Redacted source statement with permission

Terms can be unsuitable without being fraudulent

An advance payment, a fixed retainer or a notice period may be commercially legitimate. Assess whether the payment matches a defined deliverable, what you lose if you leave and whether that risk fits your cash flow. Get unclear clauses explained before signing; consider independent contract advice for material obligations.

Preferences are a separate category

A smaller team, daily messages or a particular chat style can matter to you without being universal quality criteria. Write these down as fit requirements. An agency’s size alone does not tell you how much time your manager has. Ask about capacity, backup coverage and how corrections are handled.

Pause when the gap stays unresolved

Keep the proposal, answers and draft agreement together. If a material answer changes between the call and the contract, ask for reconciliation. Do not send account credentials simply to obtain a price quote. A useful response is: “I can continue when the fee basis and access plan are documented.” This records what is missing without making unsupported accusations.
