Make responsibility explicit
- Creator: identity verification, content rights, production and personal boundaries.
- Manager: agreed planning, permitted account operations, campaign coordination and reporting.
- Joint approval: prices, new content formats, public use of identity and exceptional requests.
Delegation does not transfer ownership of your account or give permission for every possible action. Use the access methods allowed by each platform. Your recovery and payout controls should remain clear, and permissions should end when the relevant work ends.
What a useful report contains
A report should name the period, revenue basis, changes made and open decisions. Separate subscriptions, paid content and tips. Include the test that did not work and what will change next. A large total without a comparison period or explanation is difficult to act on.
Agree the handover before it starts
Begin with a list of content, approved replies, prices, access permissions and unfinished requests. Decide how urgent issues reach you and who covers absence.
