Choosing an agency

The first 30 days of OnlyFans management: a planning example

Use the first month to establish access, boundaries and a measurable working routine. This is an adaptable planning example, not a promise of revenue or a fixed timetable for every Noblesse client.

Before day one: agree the starting point

Confirm the written scope and fee basis before giving access. List your existing channels, current content capacity, public positioning and the work you want to delegate. Record a comparable baseline period and separate what you can measure from what is missing. If you are switching agencies, resolve the old agreement and handover first; two conflicting permissions or schedules make the baseline unreliable.

Four review points

An illustrative planning sequence
PeriodWork to agreeConcrete output
Week 1Boundaries, approved offers, account access and prioritiesCreator-approved working brief
Week 2Content cadence and one clearly defined testSchedule and test hypothesis
Week 3Review delivery, feedback and comparable figuresWeekly report with unresolved questions
Week 4Keep, change or stop the test; review workloadNext-month priorities with owners

Choose one test you can interpret

Suppose the page receives visits but few subscriptions. One test could clarify the profile’s offer while holding price and posting cadence steady. Write down the expected direction, the measure and a review date. A small sample may be inconclusive. Avoid changing the profile, price, promotion and content format at once and then attributing the result to one of them.

Judge the first month by more than revenue

Check whether promised work was delivered, approvals arrived on time, paid requests were handled and the creator’s workload is sustainable. A process can need correction even when revenue rises. Conversely, a short flat period does not establish that every action failed. Ask which assumptions changed and what the next report will test. Noblesse’s published starting process includes planning together in the first week and weekly reviews; the exact sequence depends on the agreed scope.
