Deciding to delegate is only the beginning. A clear handover lets everyone start from the same content, boundaries and open tasks.
Make a content inventory
List available material with a short description, permission status, previous publication and intended use. Keep drafts separate from approved content. Do not send unrestricted copies of everything when a smaller working set will do. Identify which files may be used for public promotion and which may not.
Write a one-page operating brief

Start with a limited working set
Agree what goes live first and how the creator approves it. Review the first handover for missing context, not just speed. If the team cannot explain a price or a promise from the brief, fix the brief before expanding the scope. This avoids treating guesswork as permission.
Prepare the end as carefully as the start
The same inventory supports an orderly exit: current files, pending tasks, statement and access removal. Noblesse’s collaboration is cancellable monthly or immediately by mutual agreement. The handover does not itself transfer ownership or change your written payment terms. For deciding whether to delegate at all, use the self-check rather than this implementation checklist.
Close the transition with an inventory
Record each account, responsible person, permitted access method, open paid request, content schedule and final accounting period. Keep login secrets out of the shared handover document. Agree the switch time and check that scheduled posts and promised deliveries have an owner. After the agreed end, review permissions and confirm what was handed over. For disputed contract terms, obtain individual advice before assuming an immediate exit is available.
